Parent Tips for the Beginning of the Year!
- Practice counting forward and backward by 1's and up by 2's and 5's.
- Find patterns around your world.
- Practice writing the numbers 1-10 correctly. (no backward numbers)
- Help your child sort things into categories.
- Count collections of things (buttons, rocks, anything around the house or outside!)
